As an intermediary agent of the LEADER+ Community Intervention,
the IDRHa is responsible for administrative and financial
management. The managing unit is a technical support structure
for management of the programme.
The Managing Unit, chaired by the intermediary organisation,
includes representatives of IDRHa, the Agro-food Planning
and Policy Office – GPAA, the Regional Directorates
of Agriculture and the Governments of the Autonomous Regions
of Azores and Madeira. The LEADER+ Monitoring System is operated
by the National Monitoring Committee and by the Regional Monitoring
Committees (National
Programme point 8.1).
